Great News! We will be releasing Two New Neighborhoods on Saturday, September 13th at 9:00 A.M.! As many of you know, the first time we released Neighborhoods for sale at MOUNTAIN BRIDGE on May 17, 2008, we sold 106 Homes the first weekend!

The Two Neighborhoods being released for sale are:

MONTEBELLA ~ Offering the Craftsman Collection homes from the low $300’s!

It is a very exhilarating time at Mountain Bridge as approximately 400 people per day are busy building all the homes that sold in May along with Parks, Open Spaces, Extensive Landscaping, Specialty Well Planned Lighting, Stonework and special Features throughout our first phase in MOUNTAIN BRIDGE. Our First Families will be moving into MOUNTAIN BRIDGE in Early September! Additionally, over 90 new families will call MOUNTAIN BRIDGE home by the end of the year! After that, we will continue to add new families every week! It is so exciting to see our Community growing and Neighborhoods developing!
