There is so much going on with regard to Mountain Bridge, we’re not sure how to communicate it all! We want to stay in touch with you and let you know our progress.

Design has been ongoing for the Mountain Bridge Members Club and the three Grand Entry Porte-Cocheres. We are continuing to work on the design of the Mediterranean inspired bridge which will be the landmark for the community. In addition to that we are finalizing design of 18 very unique floorplans with elevations of Old World, Mediterranean, Tuscan and Andalusian inspired architecture.

The overall Master-Plan continues to evolve with different neighborhood layouts and various niches all to achieve the very best planned community. An immense amount of planning and attention to detail goes into every aspect of this community. There will not be another Masterplanned Community out there that will equal our quality theme, character and lifestyle!

Careful consideration is being taken to select just the right species and sizes of trees and plant material to compliment the overall feel and lifestyle of this community. This is done in conjunction with the careful selection of salvageable trees and cacti throughout Mountain Bridge.

The trail system is currently being designed and will be set back from the road further than normal to create a better experience of the simple pleasures of walking, bike riding, jogging, and just getting away from it all!

6. Community Trail System Map that depicts our hard surface and soft surface trail system throughout the community.
