We are very excited to share with you the success that our MOUNTAIN BRIDGE Welcome Center Opening and Sneak Preview of the community had this past weekend!

Almost 3,000 people came through our doors to get a glimpse of what MOUNTAIN BRIDGE would have to offer. We have included some pictures in this update for those of you that were unable to attend to provide you a sense of the excitement level that was happening all weekend!

We recognize how valuable your time is - with that in mind we will now include in each update a Status of Model Home Completion. This will provide those of you who haven’t had the opportunity to visit our Welcome Center to better understand the actual status of construction of each model home and for those of you who have already visited MOUNTAIN BRIDE, it will keep you informed of the status of your favorite homes.

We are continuing to move forward to our Grand Opening, expected to be early to mid May. We anticipate to have our One Time Ground Floor Pricing for each home available in April. This Ground Floor Pricing will be restricted to a maximum number of sales per neighborhood on a First Come, First Serve Basis. As part of our Exclusive E-mail list you will be notified prior to the general public that prices are available at the Welcome Center.

Also included in this update, we are providing you a map of Stonegate, our Custom Community located across the Rustic Stone Bridge within the Northern area of Mountain Bridge. This area will be known as The Estates at Mountain Bridge. The Estates at Mountain Bridge will initially offer our Master Collection of Homes along with these spectacular Custom Homesites.

Stonegate will offer Custom Homesites from 22,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet with pre-determined building areas to make the custom home building experience better and simpler. These spectacular Homesites will start from the Mid $200's!
